Minimum Stay

Minimum stay is 3 nights.

Additional Persons

The cabin rate lists the number of people included in the base rate. Additional people may be added up to the maximum occupancy based on the following rates:

• Adults: $35 per night or $175 per week
• Kids age 2-6: $25 per night or $125 per week
• Children under age 2: Stay free

Pack-N-Plays and booster chairs are available upon request.

Payment

We accept Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

All rates are subject to 7.875% Sales Tax, subject to change without notice.

Deposits Due When Reservation is Made

• Weekly reservations: 30% of cabin rate
• Short stay reservations: First night of cabin rate

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, deposits are refunded only if we can re-rent your cabin, on the same time basis, with a new reservation.

Early Departures

If you choose to depart prior to the end of your reservation, you will be charged for your full reservation.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance may be purchased through third-party vendors such as Travel Guard, Insure My Trip, Travelex Insurance Services, among others, to protect against unforeseen problems and a need to cancel your reservation.

• Boat landing
• Dock space
• Use of resort kayaks

Important Policies

• All cabins are non-smoking
• Pets allowed for additional fee but must be approved by resort staff
• No fireworks allowed on resort grounds without approval
